Immigration law refers to the rules established by the federal government for determining who is allowed to enter the country, under what terms, and for what duration. It also governs the naturalization process for those who desire to become U.S. citizens. The body of law also determines what occurs when foreign nationals enter without permission, overstay their visit, or otherwise lose their legal status. The firm focuses on family-based immigration, asylum and withholding of removal, special immigrant visas (SIVs), and employment-based immigration.

A contract is a legally enforceable agreement between two or more parties that creates, defines, and governs mutual rights and obligations between parties to the agreement. Disputes often arise when a contract is not performed according to its terms or when a party fails to perform the terms in the manner agreed upon. The firm assists clients in drafting, negotiating, and enforcing contracts, with a special focus on serving small business owners and creative professionals.

Employment law is comprised of federal and state statutes and case law that govern how an employee and employer can work together. The law regulates the relationship between workers, managers, and owners to ensure everyone is treated fairly and respectfully. The body of law includes how and when an employee can work, and what the employee should be paid. It also determines when someone can be hired or fired and outlines the rights of employees and employers. Significantly, the law prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, and national origin. The firm represents employees in disputes against employers on the basis of discrimination, harassment, or other prohibited conduct.
